Diving Pick’s Review: Prescott to Win Comeback Player of the Year?

Dallas Cowboys (win total 9.5)

The Cowboys got stronger this offseason by selecting 1st round pick Micah Parsons, and adding free agent, Keanu Neal. The Cowboys are one of the most talented teams in the NFL based on their wide receiving core, and the great two-headed monster back. Getting back on the betting side of things, let’s just lock Dak Prescott into Comeback Player of the Year, starting and leading the odds at +200. Micah Parsons is leading the odds at NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year starting at +600. Also looking more into Dak, with that receiving core, he will throw it a lot. Wouldn’t surprise me if he leads the league in passing yards.

Best Picks: Prescott Comeback player of the year, and winning the Division

Philadelphia Eagles (win total 6.5)

Hypothetically speaking the Eagles win week one, you’ll be hearing their fans chanting “Super Bowl”. This team on paper doesn’t seem too bad, but with other teams that are stacked, just seems hard to see them make playoffs. Stars like Javon Hargrave, Hurts, Smith, Goedert, and Slay will keep this team alive. But I don’t see this team making the playoffs.

Stay away: The win total, I can see this team winning 8 games, but I can also see this team win 4. Depends on how they. If anything, I’d take under 6.5.

Washington Football Team (win total 8.5)

The Football Team is growing on me. I like their defense! And Fitzmagic!? Sign me up for one crazy year for the Football Team. I do think over 8.5 is a reach, but this team can do it! I firmly believe in this team. Give me the Defense, give me Fitzy with that wideout core, and a great running back in Gibson.

Risky Pick: Football Team to make playoffs +156

New York Giants (win total 7)

EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY – SEPTEMBER 14: (NEW YORK DAILIES OUT) Daniel Jones #8 and Saquon Barkley #26 of the New York Giants in action against the Pittsburgh Steelers at MetLife Stadium on September 14, 2020 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Steelers defeated the Giants 26-16. (Photo by Jim McIsaac/Getty Images)

I like what the Giants are doing. They are moving in the right direction. Saquon is back from a knee injury this year and is listed second for Comeback Player of the Year at +700. With the offense said, that wide-out group is SCARY. Golladay, Shepard, and Slayton. The question is can Jones get the ball in their hands? On the other spectrum, the defense scares me a bit. I don’t know if they can stop an offense when needed. Which will hurt, but they are one of my sleeper teams this year. I see this team finishing with 7 wins on the dot.

Favorite Pick: Saquon Regular Season Rushing Yards UNDER 1175.5.
