Diving Pick’s Review: Broncos may Surprise the League

Denver Broncos (Win Total 8.5)

The Broncos are frightening, they could be very, very, sneaky. They have talent, including Jerry Jeudy, Von Miller, rookie star Javonte Williams, and fantasy star Noah Fant. This team has players to help them win games. Will they get to 9 wins? They have easy teams in their schedule like the Lions, Eagles, Jets, Bengals, and they can split with Raiders and Chargers. So right there are 6 winnable games. They also have questionable games like the Giants, Washington, and lastly on the road in Jacksonville. That right there gets them to 9 wins. I like the pose in this team, with the schedule they have. Let’s ride!

Best Pick: Over 8.5 wins.

Kansas City Chiefs (Win Total 12.5)

We are talking about back-to-back Super Bowl appearances. Can the Chiefs get back there? ABSOLUTELY. Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes will be coming out of the gate hot! They might lose a game or two, but I’ll never bet against them. Mahomes leading the MVP odds at +500. They do have a questionable schedule, teams like Ravens, Bills, Packers, and don’t forget the Raiders, they always find a way to beat Mahomes. They can only lose four to get over 12.5. Sign me up!

Best Picks: Mahomes MVP +500 and over 12.5 wins.

Las Vegas Raiders (Win Total 7)

The Raiders are a team I am going to stay away from in all aspects, fantasy football, and betting. Las Vegas needs eight wins to get them over and I am going to fade that. On top of being in a tough division, they also have to face the AFC North this year, which isn’t fun. They also have Miami and the NFC East division as well. Cowboys can be dangerous, and both Washington and the Giants can be sneaky this year. The best option is to stay away from them all year, beware they do give the Chiefs a tough time.

Best Pick: Stay away.

Los Angeles Chargers (Win Total 9.5)

DENVER, CO – OCTOBER 23: Wide receiver Keenan Allen #13 of the San Diego Chargers celebrates after catching a 2-yard second quarter touchdown pass against the Denver Broncos during a game at Sports Authority Field at Mile High on October 23, 2014 in Denver, Colorado. The Los Angeles Chargers are a year or two away from being something special. They have their star QB, and their defense looks to improve as last year was tainted due to injuries. The wins total is starting at 9.5, which seems a bit too high. The Chargers have at least six winnable games the Eagles, Bengals, Texans, Giants, and at least splitting with Raiders and Broncos. Personally, I don’t see them moving up to 10 wins this year, but I can definitely see them in close games and give their opponents a hard time.

Best Pick: Under 9.5 wins.
