Diving Pick’s Review: Back to Back MVPs for Rodgers?

The NFC North will be a fun to division as Rodgers may play his final season in Green Bay.

Chicago Bears (win total 7.5)

DAAA Bears! Let’s look at da bears. Should we even waste our time talking about the defense? I think not. On the other side, you have Andy Dalton, the Red Rocket throwing for them. He may not be the best but he does have experience which will help them win games. We will see Fields come on and start sooner rather than later. The one problem with the Bears is that they don’t have any game-changers on offense. The only one I can think of is Allen Robinson, and will he stay healthy?

Best choice: I like the over 7.5. I believe their defense will get it done early. As long as Fields is QB, and the defense stays healthy, I have them winning 9 winnable games. The defense should help this team out tremendously.

Detroit Lions (win total 5)

Should I even talk about them? Is Dan Campbell going to turn this team around? It sure would be nice to see. Can Goff get it done? He did have a thumb injury, which is hard to deal with especially when throwing a football. I do love their O-line, and their versatile running back, Swift. However, their defense is very bad. I think putting their offensive guys on defense would be better.

Slam pick: Slam this pick, UNDER 5 wins.

Green Bay Packers (win total 10.5)

Discount Rodgers is back and the win total is 10.5?! Thank you very much for the easy money. I’d gladly slam that pick as well. Aaron Rodgers is back with a motive and doesn’t care one bit. He is going to be a bad man! I can see Rodgers going after another MVP season. This man wants revenge for everyone doubting him. Rodgers’s MVP odds start at +1000. Great value here especially being right behind Mahomes. Look for another year that the Packers will dominate.

SLAM Pick: OVER 10.5

Favorite Pick: Rodgers MVP +1000

Minnesota Vikings (win total 8.5)

The Vikings looking to get a move on this year and I don’t blame them one bit. That offense is going to be a team that will score points. They have lots of talent that will move the ball downfield. On the flip side of things, the defense isn’t the worst in the league, mid-packed defense but will give up their fair share of points. I like this underestimated team. This will be a very fun division to see between the Vikings and Bears.

Stay away: win total 8.5. No reason to bet this.

Eye Looking Pick: Vikings to make a playoff push wouldn’t be a bad bet either. Starting at -106
